Sexy Dawg Tropical Skewers

Yield = 32 skewers

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 packs of Sexy Dawg (any variant)

16 pcs cherry tomatoes, halved

12 grams curly parsley leaves

1 can 430g (drained wt. 260g) Pineapple Chunks

32 pcs. toothpicks or cocktail sticks

 

PROCEDURE:

1. Cook the Sexy Dawgs according to pack instructions. Set aside.

2. Assemble. Skewer tomato, then sausage, parsley, and pineapple

 

Sexy Dawg Cheese Skewers

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 packs of Sexy Dawg (any variant)

16 pcs cherry tomatoes, halved

16 pcs pitted green olives

1 block 150g Cheese cut into 32 squares

32 pcs. Toothpicks or cocktail sticks

 

PROCEDURE:

1. Cook the Sexy Dawgs according to pack instructions. Set aside

2. Assemble. Skewer olive, then tomato, cheese, and sausage
